Refund policy

Passes purchased during the Third Release and onwards may be eligible for a refund of up to fifty percent (50%) upon written application, subject to review and approval by The Design Conference. All prior sales are deemed final and non-refundable. In circumstances where the event is approaching a sell-out, The Design Conference may, at its sole discretion, facilitate an exchange service to assist with the on-sale of passes. This service will operate on a first-application, first-priority basis and does not guarantee resale or reimbursement. Attendees who are no longer able to attend the event in person may, at the discretion of The Design Conference, be provided with a live streaming pass as a goodwill concession. This is offered as a courtesy in recognition of the inconvenience and does not constitute a refund or credit.
