Join Te Aro Pā Poets (Dr Rachel Buchanan, Debbie Broughton and Hana Buchanan) in conversation with Dr Airini Loader as they explore writing as a pathway to wellbeing through connection to whakapapa and to place. 

Gain insight into the power of kupu to uplift, connect and bring understanding. Enjoy hearing a selection of works from these mana whenua artists who are united and guided by their shared whakapapa, and whose creative work is literally grounded in, and nourished by, the whenua they descend from – the land beneath our feet here in the capital city.
