    To celebrate Te Wiki o te Reo Māori, our team of experienced te reo Māori facilitators have created two online learning opportunities for individuals and groups who are interested in te reo Māori.
    We have
    two live webinars:
    Monday’s session focuses on fun, interactive te reo Māori exercises and learning tips, while Thursday’s session explores the history of te reo Māori from the 19th century to today.

    Begin your te wiki o te reo Māori with a fun reo session. We will cover basic pronunciation and kīwaha / sayings through easy to replicate games and challenges. Kia whakanuia te reo Māori!

    Mātai whakamuri – A short history of Te Reo Māori from the 19th century - Our facilitators will guide you through the historical treatment of te reo Māori. You will gain a deeper understanding of how cultural, social, and political factors have influenced the status and health of our language. Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of the movement to honour and advance te reo Māori.
