What is breathwork?

The breathwork I love to share is inter grated breathing, harnessing our natural breathing pattern to help unlock energy inside our system to create more awareness for our self.

Te whitinga o te rā means sun rise.

To take time to ground and reconnect with yourself, while connecting with your breath.
