Tea & Chocolate Pairing
Event description
What a great gift to give to your favorite mother for Mother's Day. Are you a tea lover? Are you a chocolate lover? Can't I be both? Yes you can! If you agree then instructor Jennifer Nowicki has just the right event for you. She is Wisconsin's only certified tea specialist since 2009.
She has taught classes at NW Tea Festival, Froedtert Medical College, St Norbert's College, Girl Scout Leadership Conference, Brown County Library, and Appleton Library. Done tea and food pairing for NW Tea Festival, Amery Ale Works, Cannery, etc....
This will involve 5 different teas paired with 5 different chocolates to highlight and enhance the tea and chocolate. We will use at least 1 white, 1 milk, and 1 dark chocolate.
