Tea & Qi

We will sit in silence and connect to our selves with the guidance of the Tea and cultivate presence and compassion for all that we are. 
We then move into an hour of Qi Gong to help the stillness we have remembered to move through our bodies and unlock and release any tension and stagnant energy that is stored in the body, especially the organs. 
With deep reverance for the Chinese and all those lineage holders that have kept these ancient traditions alive, aswell as deep gratitude for the Bundjalung nation, upon whose land we live, we remember, together what it is to live a life of devotion and presence.
