Experience a meditative Cha Dao Tea Ceremony to cultivate receptivity, inner harmony and awakened presence.

Living organic Chinese tea will be shared as a plant medicine - nourishing and calming for the nervous system. Tea assists with grounding the spirit and mindfulness.

This is an invitation to slow down and take a pause amid the busyness and distractions of modern life. We will sit together in silence, drink a few bowls of tea in the ritual of ceremony, and just be present to meet and receive whatever you need in the moment.

There will be time at the end for discussion, reflection and questions.

When the weather conditions allow, this event may be held outdoors.

After the tea ceremony, you are invited to connect with the land at The Art Sanctuary and take some time to wonder and explore the grounds, and be within nature before journeying home.

An intimate experience, limited to 10 spots. Book now.

What to Bring

You may wish to bring a journal if you’d like to capture reflections after the tea ceremony.

What to Wear

Shoes will be left at the entrance if we gather inside.

Please wear comfortable clothing, we will be seated on the ground together on cushions. BYO extra cushion/blanket for comfort.
