Fergil Mestanov is a successful businesswoman with 26 years of experience in the Aesthetic industry. She began her career as a beauty therapist and quickly developed a passion for skincare and cosmetics. In 2005, she opened her own aesthetic clinic which quickly became one of the most highly regarded and respected clinics in the industry. Her commitment to the industry saw her constantly researching, learning and improving her business. Her passion fuelled this drive to continuously expand her clientele base, with her team servicing more than 200 customers per week. Ensuring her clinic was always at the forefront of the sector by heavily investing in education.
After 13 years of managing her own business, Fergil shifted gears to enter her next challenge - a role in sales and marketing at High Tech Medical. She was appointed as Sales Manager for iS Clinical a USA based manufacturer of Pharmaceutical-Grade Cosmeceutical skin care brand which was introduced to Australia and New Zealand in 2020. After successfully establishing the brand during the pandemic. She then moved into a National Sales Management Role due to the unprecedented growth and success she had achieved with the brand in this new region.
