How payment plans work

  • Your order will be reserved but sent to you only after the full payment plan has been completed.
  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

The ASC 2025 Teach Learn Grow Service Tour will take 26 ASC students to Fitzroy Crossing to work with 3 remote, Indigenous primary schools.  We will be working with the students in their classes, engaging with local communities, and learning a lot about remote and Indigenous culture. 

Come along to see the family-friendly film, The Sapphires (rated PG-13) and help us to raise money to give the Fitzroy Crossing Schools something they need, and to ensure the Teach Learn Grow program continues through every university in WA.

  • Order a pizza & cool drink with your ticket, which comes with a free bag of popcorn

  • Win a range of sensational prizes in the raffles

  • Lollies, popcorn & badges available for purchase on the night

  • Seating provided however you are more than welcome to bring your own beanbag or cushion for the floor

WHEN: Monday 16 June 2025

VENUE: All Saints' College, Upper Theatre (Parking available in the Chapel Car Park through Gate 4 - ASC Map )

TIME: 6.00pm – 8.30pm
(pre-ordered pizzas & raffle tickets available at 6.00pm; film starts at 6.30pm)

MOVIE: The Sapphires by Wayne Blair (2012) (rated PG-13)

COST: $20 per ticket, or $50 for 3 tickets (a bag of popcorn is included with every ticket)

EXTRAS: Pre-order your favourite pizzas, soft drinks & lolly bags


Bring cash or card as there are plenty of raffle prizes to be won!
