Join our free QCE Psychology Units 1–4 workshops to support the implementation of the new General Senior Syllabus 2025.  

Hosted by the expert team of QCE Psychology teachers, authors and product developers at Oxford University Press, this workshop will include: 

  • an overview of key changes to the content and assessment of the new syllabus – what’s in, what’s out, what’s moved
  • practical tips, advice, and a selection of ready-to-use resources that will help you save time and implement the new syllabus with confidence 
  • a sneak peek at our brand new QCE Psychology resources coming for 2025 
  • a demonstration of the new features and functionality launching on Oxford Digital from Term 1 2025, including Live Lesson mode – an Australian first that lets you to say goodbye to traditional print-based lesson plans in favour of perfectly timed and sequenced interactive lessons with integrated classroom activities that will drive classroom engagement and participation. 


Each attendee will receive:

• a FREE copy of Psychology for Queensland Units 1 & 2 Student Book (Second edition) complete with digital access (available upon publication in December 2024, T&Cs apply*)

• a FREE copy of Oxford Study Buddy Revision and Exam Guide QCE Psychology Units 3 & 4 complete with digital access.

Meet the presenters

Amrita Moss

Amrita Moss

Amrita Moss is chief marker, lead endorser and lead confirmer for QCE Psychology and an executive board member of Psychology Teachers Association of Queensland (PTAQ). Currently at St John Fisher College, her passion for raising the profile of Psychology as a subject in Queensland secondary schools saw her appointed leader of the Psychology Expert Teacher Group for Brisbane Catholic Education (BCE). 

In 2019, Amrita was awarded a commendation for Excellence in Learning and Teaching in a Secondary School by BCE. She is also an adjunct associate lecturer at the University of Queensland and has led workshops for the Science Teachers Association of Queensland.  

Aliska Bierman

Aliska holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Aerospace Avionics) with Honours, a Graduate Diploma of Education (Secondary), and a Graduate Diploma of Psychology. She has been teaching senior physics and psychology at Brisbane State High School for five years, and she leads the design of teaching and learning programs for psychology. Aliska is an accomplished science author, writing for Education Perfect and Oxford University Press for both Queensland and Victorian Curriculums. Her involvement as a QCAA marker and writer, along with her role as a digital pedagogy leader at her school, highlights her dedication to educational excellence and innovation.
