    Event description

    Join our free VCE Psychology Units 1-4 workshops to support the implementation of the 2023-2027 Study Design. 

    Hosted by the expert team of VCE Psychology teachers, authors and product developers at Oxford University Press, this workshop will include: 

      • an overview of Oxford's approach to the new content, including to the VCAA FAQ clarifications  
      • practical tips, advice, and a selection of ready-to-use resources that will help you save time and implement the study design with confidence 
      • a demonstration of the brand new VCE Psychology print and digital resources – it's the most up-to-date VCE Psychology resource on the market!


    Each attendee will receive:

    • a FREE copy of Psychology for VCE Units 1&2 Student Book complete with digital access (available upon publication in July 2024, T&C's apply*)

    Meet the presenters

    Matthew Rock

    Matthew Rock began his career as a chemist before accepting a position teaching VCE Psychology at Trinity Grammar School where he also gained skills as a subject coordinator, writer, VCAA assessor, and examiner. Now in his tenth year of teaching, Matthew currently teaches VCE Psychology at Camberwell Girls Grammar School, continuing his passion for science and student wellbeing.

    Jodie Allen

    Jodie Allen has been teaching VCE Psychology since 2001 and has been a VCAA exam assessor for more than 13 years. She has a Bachelor of Arts and Postgraduate Primary and Secondary Teaching degree and is currently teaching at Wellington Secondary College. Over her career, Jodie, has held leading teacher and learning specialist roles in areas such as the senior school and student voice & agency. When Jodie isn’t writing psychology resources for Oxford in her spare time, she enjoys relaxing with her family and playing basketball.
