Teaching about the Holocaust - An Introduction 2025

We designed this short session to support teachers who have never taught about the Holocaust and need some support to make the most of the limited time allocated to this unit in the curriculum.

We'll talk about the principles of Holocaust education and share resources and materials available for teachers to deliver accurate, meaningful and effective lessons about the Holocaust. We'll also introduce the education programs offered by AHMSEC for students Grades 6-12.

Participants receive a certificate as an acknowledgement of 1 hour of professional development.
