Katherine Boiciuc - LinkedIn
Katherine Boiciuc is the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer for EY in Oceania. She brings a wealth of experience in digital transformation and leadership from her previous roles at Viva Energy, Telstra and Maximus International. She is known for her expertise as a futurist and has a deep background in guiding large-scale transformations across technology, customer experience, and digital enablement.
Throughout her career, Katherine has been recognised as a thought leader and advocate for women in STEM and tech leadership, speaking extensively on topics such as AI, digital ethics, and the future of leadership. Her focus at EY is on leveraging cutting-edge technologies like generative AI to drive productivity and innovation, and she actively contributes to discussions on the societal and regulatory implications of these advancements.
Krithika Hansen - LinkedIn
Krithika Hansen is the Chief People Officer at TelstraSuper, where she is responsible for leading all people and culture initiatives. With over 15 years of international executive experience, she has worked across large and medium-sized organisations in the US, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Krithika's expertise includes driving employee engagement, talent development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies that help build strong, inclusive workplace cultures.
Before joining TelstraSuper in October 2021, she held senior roles at BHP Billiton, Coles, and Pitcher Partners. Krithika is recognised for her work in advancing gender equality and diverse cultures and has been part of initiatives like the G20 Empower Consortium

Kath Blackham is the founder and CEO of VERSA, a global leader in Conversational AI. Through her innovative leadership, VERSA has transformed customer experiences by integrating AI and voice technology, helping businesses automate up to 70% of their customer interactions 24/7. Kath spearheaded the creation of Australia’s first enterprise-level voice experience agency, and VERSA now operates across the globe, with teams in countries including the US, Japan, and India.
A strong advocate for mental health and gender equality in the workplace, Kath pioneered the introduction of the four-day work week at VERSA, which has not only boosted employee well-being but also led to tripling profits. As a sought-after speaker, Kath shares her insights on AI, the future of work, and leadership, making her a key figure in shaping both the tech landscape and workplace culture and we are fortunate to welcome her to our Sisterhood Club social.
