  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Need help with your phone, tablet, or laptop? Come along to our Tech Help Drop-In Sessions, fortnightly on Wednesdays, from 2pm to 4pm

Our friendly and knowledgeable volunteers are here to support you with all your tech questions, big or small. Whether you're struggling with apps, email, settings, updates, or anything else, feel free to drop in – no appointment needed!

What to Expect:
