  • A minimum upfront payment, which includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit, is required to secure your order.

Free one-on-one tech help to conquer your smartphone, tablet, laptop, or other device.
Got a question about your iPad, iPhone or laptop? We're here to help with tech troubles big or small.

Our relaxed, jargon-free sessions are tailored to your experience and comfort level — no question is too simple, and beginners are absolutely welcome. Take things at your own pace, and feel free to book follow-up sessions whenever you need.

Bookings are essential.
