TechWeek 2021: Showcase your competencies and skills

You have a lot of skills and competencies. How can you showcase these to your current employer and potential future employer? When is a CV or LinkedIn profile not enough? How do you track - over time - what you have learned new and added to your skill set?

In this session, I will answer these questions and will outline the possibility of using an electronic portfolio to manage and showcase your competencies and skills for specific tasks and also over time.
