Overview
This is a 4 day camp with 2 sessions. Sign up for one or both! The fundamentals of body positioning, stride, proper stretching and cool‐ down techniques are taught. Track and field events include javelin, discus, shot put, hurdles, long jump, and various running and relay events. Participants also learn positive life skills such as teamwork and sportsmanship.

Appropriate clothing, water bottle, and running shoes
This ticket includes admission for our weekly camp. Please arrive to Mitch's Fitness and present your ticket at the front desk upon entry. You can either print your ticket or present this digital version. You can find all the details about this event on our website. If you have any questions or issues, please call us at 708-828-2438 or stop in at our location. Please have athletes bring a snack/lunch. Due to space limitations, parents are encouraged to stay in their car or go home during the duration of class. Looking forward to seeing your athlete there!
