Teen Circle Winter Holidays Wed 12th July
Event description
Join us for a creative and nurturing Teen Circle at Whitburn Whispers a beautiful private property located in Greta.
We will spend the morning together in nature, gathering among the Peppercorn Trees and nestling by the Fire. We will explore discussions and wisdom surrounding self love, trusting our intuition, learning about Natures Cycles and our connection to them and immerse ourselves into some creative Crafts & Rituals that connect us to the Earth, ourselves and support our emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Navigating life as a Teen can be very overwhelming and sadly the traditions of Women and Girls gathering in Nature have been lost.
So our Circle is dedicated to providing the girls with a safe and nurturing space to 'just be', to feel supported, to connect with others, to spend time in nature, learn traditional Rituals and dive into some creative and fun crafts that they can they do to support themselves when they are seeking connection, grounding or simply creative tools to do in their spare time.
WE WILL
Enjoy discussions about self love, self worth & trusting our intuition
Enjoy some practical crafts & Grounding Earth rituals;
- Make your own Essential oil Perfume
- Craft with Clay
- Make your own Herbal Smudge Stick
- Nature Walk, Foraging and Earth Alter Ritual
Explore Moon Phases, Seasonal Cycles and our Menstrual Cycle ; learning to work with Natures Cycles rather than against them
Relax with a Grounding Meditation and Crystal Bowl Sound Bath
The girls will go home with a small Gift Bag with some goodies & notes on how they can continue their Circle learnings and experiences at home x x
A Delicious platter made by @Souldfoodco will be available to cover Morning Tea/Light lunch. Please BYO water and let me know of any dietary requirements upon booking.
This is a beautiful event to bring along someone close to you (your friend, cousin or sister) if your feeling called to share this with them.
Ideally this Circle is for Girls 12yrs+ (High School Age) but please reach out if you have a younger Tween that you feel should attend.
