🌿 Teen Music Jam Session & Workshop | with Kiersten Hart | Art in the Park 2025
A music jam session for teens who want to grow their confidence, connect with others, and share their love of music!
Join local musician Kiersten Hart for an inspiring morning of music-making in the park. This relaxed group jam is all about expression, connection, and building the confidence to perform. You’ll have the chance to share your musical goals, perform together in a supportive group setting and receive top tips from Kiersten.
🎶 What to Expect:
Group performances of songs (some provided, some chosen by you!)
Tips and encouragement to help you feel confident performing
A safe, creative space to talk dreams, fears, and musical goals
Feedback and support
📅 When: Saturday 13th September 2025*
⏰ Time: 10:00 - 11:00am
📍 Where: Seaview Park, Bucasia Esplanade, Parklands Area behind the Playground.
👥 Participants: Teens aged 12–18 with intermediate music experience (basic chords or rhythms on guitar, ukulele, cajon, drums, or vocals)
💲 Cost: $5.00
👉 What to bring: Yourself + your instrument (or just your voice if you don't play an instrument)
🚶 Starting on time: Please allow time to find a park, walk to the workshop location in the parklands and settle in so the workshop can begin promptly. Thank you for respecting the start time.
