An initiative by Young Change Agents, the 2025 Teens in Business Awards aim to acknowledge, celebrate, and amplify the creativity, passion, and interests of young people and their educators, as they create positive change in their communities.

The Teens in Business Awards have been running since its launch in 2021, and shines a spotlight on remarkable young entrepreneurs across Australia, brimming with boundless creativity and spearheading remarkable enterprises that contribute value to their communities. The aim of the Teens in Business Awards is to equip these young individuals with industry feedback and knowledge, and overarching support to encourage their work, and expand their impact.

Young Change Agents is a not-for-profit social enterprise that specialises in helping youth develop their enterprising skills. Our mission is to reach every young Australian to help them see problems as opportunities through the vehicle of social enterprise. We do this through school workshops and entrepreneurial education development in the form of professional development workshops, national un-conferences and technology which enables access to all.
