Telos (τέλος): Journal Launch & Author Readings

Join us for the launch of The Metamorphosis Project Journal (TMPJ), Issue 03, exploring the theme of Telos (τέλος): Purpose, Process and Practice. The launch will take place in the ambient Corner Room of Ode to Sirens as part of Fremantle Design Week 2026.

Featuring submissions from artists, creative practitioners and academics in the fields of architecture, futures design, placemaking, creative technologies, and performing arts, this curated collection of local and international essays illuminates the revolutionary potential of slow, purpose-driven and collaborative practice as a platform for social change and purpose-led innovation, enabling the conditions for co-creating sustainable futures.

The launch event presents an intimate and engaging evening of live author readings followed by a panel discussion, offering the opportunity to forge new connections and memorable conversations with our community. This is a free event but registration is essential. All are warmly welcome.

TMPJ is a creative arts journal produced and published annually by The Metamorphosis Project in Western Australia. Each issue navigates a bold theme from the zeitgeist, examined through the symbiotic nexus of art, research and society. Our journal reflects a diverse authorship that spans practice and/as research and moves between and beyond disciplines and artistic forms.
