For all women and her cycles (fertility journey, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause) 

What is Sobada

It is an uterus massage, also known as "sobada de útero" in Spanish, is a traditional practice passed down from generation to generation among women to support and maintain the health of the uterus. It is a gentle manipulation technique that aims to reposition the uterus, promote circulation, and restore balance within the body.

Benefits of uterus massage:

- Uterus massage can help to reposition the uterus, relieve menstrual cramps, and regulate the menstrual cycle. It may also help to improve fertility and reduce the risk of infections and other uterine issues.

- The massage can also promote overall well-being by reducing stress, improving circulation, and boosting the immune system. It may also help to alleviate pain, improve digestion, and enhance energy levels.

Program

8:00am - 12:00pm 

Option of a 20min Sobada (extra option)

- ⁠Sitting with the fire 

- ⁠Cacao Ceremony

- ⁠Temazcal 

Temazcal only for women on their second and third trimester

General Recommendations: Eat fruits and vegetables, cereals, seeds, and stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water, juices, or herbal teas.

Bring WATER, fruits, and food to share at the end of the ceremony, as well as offerings, tobacco, and flowers. You need to bring comfortable clothing, a dress, a sarong or skirt, a swimsuit or shorts, a towel, sandals, and warm clothing for after the ceremony.
