The Temple of Flow returns this Beltane, when spring is at its fullest bloom, passion is rising, and creativity bursts through like wildflowers.

This is a time of metamorphosis — to stretch, to shed, to play, to open, to fly.

We gather under a waxing gibbous moon, a bright beacon building toward the super full moon of November 6th.

The energy is ripe for momentum, expansion, and transformation — a perfect backdrop for dance, connection, and celebration.

This is your invitation to shed, to bloom, to remember yourself as both seed and flower, child and elder, body and spirit. Let’s gather, transform, and rise together.

Under the rising moon, amidst blossoms and song, we’ll move as one body, one breath, one spirit — gathering in presence and playfulness.

Catnip Iced Tea After gently rejuvenating breathwork, we’ll refresh with an activating iced Catnip Elixir — a playful springtime brew to open the heart, lighten the spirit, and spark new pathways of connection. Catnip is a gentle herb that softens the mind, releases tension, and awakens a playful spark — perfect for connecting, laughing, and flowing freely on the dance floor.

Back by request — DJ Flocean’s funky, ritualistic, elevating set, with Bonnie weaving light guidance through the journey.

🎶 Live Sound Journey 

A collaborative tapestry of healing frequencies to cleanse, ground, and soothe your spirit.

🍹 The Soluna Elixir Bar & Feast 

Sip spring-inspired herbal elixirs designed to refresh, activate, and restore. A wholesome dinner and dessert will be available to nourish body and soul. Menu coming soon.

Come as you are, in comfort and layers for the dance floor heat. If you feel the call, play with the theme: springtime in nature — flowers, mushrooms, butterflies, bursts of colour, wild expression, passion, creativity.

~ Our Temple is a classic drinking culture-free space. Please don’t bring alcoholic beverages. 

~ Some elixirs are made with tinctures that include tiny amounts of alcohol as an extraction method — subtle and intentional, far from the experience of alcohol consumption. These are designed to elevate and expand, not inebriate.
