A night to move, feel, and be moved!
Temple of Flow returns on July 26th for another soul-nourishing evening of embodied connection, conscious movement, and deep presence. This is a sacred space to breathe, to soften, and to dance your truth — surrounded by community, held by rhythm, and guided by intention.
We’ll begin with a gentle yet powerful plant medicine ceremony to open the heart and drop into presence, followed by a somatic ‘energy shower’ to clear and awaken the body. After a short break, we rise into an ecstatic dance journey to shake off the layers and move with freedom, before landing softly in a soothing sound journey to ground and integrate.
Herbal elixirs, warm meals, and sweet treats will be flowing from the Soluna Bar all night.
Come as you are — open, curious, wild, or weary — and let the music, movement, and magic meet you there.
