Cultivating a deep presence in our soma (the body), brings us to a place of intention and awareness, which we learn to recognize how our body responds, what our body may need, what desires may come alive and how to navigate these feelings, emotions and sensations with confidence.

We come together to  develop, learn, and build the skills to be able to be present with ourselves before we can be present with others. We traverse the landscapes of sensation and perception, acknowledging the whispers of the body and the wisdom it holds.
