Event description

As the year’s longest night falls, it offers us a sacred invitation to slow down, reflect, and rekindle our inner light.

Join us for a special free online gathering to honour the Winter Solstice - a time to nurture yourself, connect with the rhythms of nature, and celebrate the quiet power of renewal.

Together, we’ll explore ways to tend to our inner fire during this season of darkness, guided by meditation, creativity, and reflection.

What to Expect

During this 1 hour workshop, you’ll:

  • Ground with a guided meditation inspired by the solstice's themes of light and darkness.
  • Create through an eco/art therapy exploration designed to reflect your journey.
  • Reflect with thoughtful journaling prompts to release, renew, and set intentions.
  • Connect with a community of like-minded souls in a supportive, uplifting space.

What You’ll Need

  • A quiet space where you can reflect and create.

  • A journal or notebook.

  • Something to draw with (colored pencils, pens, or markers).

  • An open heart and a curious mind.

Why Join?

The Winter Solstice is more than just a turning point in the year, it’s a chance to slow down, reconnect, and realign with what truly matters.
By tending the fire within, you’ll leave this workshop feeling grounded, inspired, and ready to embrace the light returning in your life.
