A Tsunami of sound is about to hit Melbourne’s iconic warehouse music destination ‘The Industrique’. Absorb an enriching sonic experience, delivered to you by some of Melbourne’s most creative sound scape-ists, modular synthesists and experimental genre-fluid improvisation musicians.

Tenpenchii (天変地異) is a four character Japanese idiom translating to a cataclysm affecting the sky and the earth. It is an unstoppable force with an unpredictable outcome. It is destructive, chaotic and beautiful. It is also a time to elevate, come together and rebuild a new future.

These themes will be explored by unique sound artists, who will collectively work their magic to create a six-chapter narrative weaving through all the elements of this earth-shattering event. All within an acoustically treated warehouse.
