Term 1 NETBALL PROGRAM
with Netball Coaching
Pre-Season Fitness & Skills Refinement
It’s the perfect opportunity to refine existing skills, improve fitness, footwork, agility and court awareness, and prepare for the 2027 winter competition season.
This 5-week program is designed for players aged 11–14 years who have been playing competition netball and are looking to further hone their skills.
Players will focus on:
Passing and catching
Footwork and movement
Netball-specific fitness
Agility, speed and footwork
Ball skills and control
Decision making and game awareness
Court craft
Confidence under pressure

Program Days & Times
WEDNESDAYS (3rd February)
11 years: 4:00pm–5:00pm
12 years: 5:00pm–6:00pm
13/14 years: 6:00pm–7:00pm
THURSDAYS (4th February)
10 years: 5:00pm–6:00pm
Program Length: 5 weeks
Commencing: First week of February 2027
Venue: Hastings Valley Courts
