Take flight as you enter the wonderful world of aerials! Enjoy a great full body workout in a fun and supportive environment. Master the basics of being in the air, refine technique, build strength, and progress your skills.

Note: We recommend you complete minimum one term of Aerial Nights Beginner Mixed before enrolling in this program
