Event description

When: Wednesdays from 13 August - 17 September 2025
Time: 4pm - 5:30pm
Cost: $120 (for 6 weeks) - Bookings essential
Who: 8-12 year olds
Where: Wagga Wagga Art Gallery

Join us for a new term of learning and making with Art After School! This term, we’ll be focusing on storytelling and illustrating with prints. Each week we’ll be spending time in the galleries and exploring our new exhibitions. Inspired by what we learn, we’ll be building on what we did the week before, and learning new skills ranging from drawing techniques, to colour theory to relief printing, collagraphy and monoprinting.

By week 6, students will have completed a variety of prints and written stories and poems to accompany them. Come along and join the fun with Art After School!
