Join us for Basketball Magic Australia Scrimmages, a fast-paced and competitive pickup basketball experience!

Reminder: All participants must have a signed waiver on file prior to the event. Please ensure the waiver is completed during registration or bring a signed copy with you on the day. Participation will not be permitted without a signed waiver.

Refund policy

Refund, Cancellation, and Termination Policy Cancellation Requests If you wish to cancel your registration for a team, tour, tournament, or scrimmage, you must notify Basketball Magic Australia via email at info@basketballmagic.com.au . Refund Eligibility A full refund, excluding any merchandise purchased and booking fees, will be issued if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the event or program begins. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the event or program start date. Once canceled, participation rights are forfeited. Event Cancellations by Basketball Magic Australia If an event (team program, tour, tournament, or scrimmage) is canceled for reasons beyond our control (e.g., venue closure, insufficient registrations), participants will receive a full refund. If an event is rescheduled and a participant cannot attend the new date, they may request a credit for a future event. Partial Refunds for Medical Conditions If a participant is unable to attend 5 or more sessions due to a verifiable medical condition, a prorated refund may be provided for missed sessions upon submission of a doctor's note. Merchandise fees and booking platform fees will not be refunded. Tournaments & Scrimmages Team entry fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Basketball Magic Australia. Player registration fees will follow the standard refund policy: Full refund (minus booking fees) if canceled 7+ days before the event. No refund if canceled within 6 days of the event. Merchandise & Participant Packs We are not responsible for incorrect sizes, misspellings, or incorrect postal addresses provided by the participant. Lost, stolen, or damaged participant packs will not be replaced. Exceptional Circumstances In special cases, Basketball Magic Australia may, at its sole discretion, review refund or cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. Program Termination We reserve the right to terminate a participant’s involvement if their behavior disrupts the safety or enjoyment of others. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. Liability Other than the refund obligations listed above, Basketball Magic Australia is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from an event being canceled, rescheduled, or changed.
