Personalised Poetry
Stage 3
90 to 120 minutes
22-70 students
In this workshop, students engage with poetry through performance, emotion and sensory language. They are encouraged to play with language and group unlikely concepts together to form new insights and forms of expression. Students think about how human connections might be explored through imagery, memory, and sound. They are then guided to use these concepts to write their own poems.
