NBA Basketball School Australia is excited to launch its inaugural Canberra-based term-time training program, hosted at Radford College’s Collegians Centre.

This program offers a fantastic opportunity for junior basketball players seeking additional training, led by experienced NBA-approved coaches. It’s designed for different age groups and genders, with sessions that blend fun and skill development to ensure every participant has a productive and enjoyable experience.

The Thursday morning Reps Only session is specifically tailored for advanced players in the Basketball ACT/NSW representative pathways, focusing on sharpening their competitive edge.

Players qualify for the Reps Only sessions if they competed in:

•⁠ ⁠U12 BNSW JPL / NJC

•⁠ ⁠⁠U14 BNSW JPL / SJL / AJC

•⁠ ⁠⁠U16 ACT Territory or Canberra teams

•⁠ ⁠⁠U18 ACT Territory or Canberra teams

Training sessions will commence in Week 1 of Term 4 (October 14) and run through to Week 9 (December 13). Each session is 1.5 hours, beginning at 6:45 AM and finishing at 8:15 AM.

Refund policy

NBA Basketball School Australia Refund, Cancellation and Termination Policy 1. If you wish to cancel your registration in a program, you must notify the local NBA Basketball School Australia centre via email – enquiries@nbabasketballschool.com.au. 2. You will be refunded the participation fee, excluding any merchandise purchased and the online booking fee charged by our ticketing platform (Humanitix), but only if your email notification is received 7 days or more before the scheduled Program commences. If you cancel within 7 days of the scheduled Program commencing, you will not be eligible to receive a refund. Following cancellation, you have no entitlement to program participation. 3. In the unlikely event that the NBA Basketball School Australia program gets cancelled, for example, the COVID-19 pandemic, participants will be refunded the participation fee, but excluding any merchandise purchased and delivered and the online booking fee charged by our ticketing platform. If you have purchased merchandise which has not been delivered to you, you will be entitled to a refund of the merchandise kit valued at $105. If a participant uses a voucher to register, they will unfortunately not be issued a refund. 4. If NBA Basketball School Australia cancels a program session at no fault of the participant (change of time/date/day of week), you will be refunded the participation fee for the cancelled program session, valued at $45.00 per hourly session. 5. If a medical condition prevents participation in 5 or more NBA Basketball School Australia program sessions, you will be refunded that part of the participation fee of program sessions missed, valued at $45.00 per hourly program session. You will not be refunded the value of any merchandise purchased and delivered, and the online booking fee charged by our ticketing platform. If you have purchased merchandise which has not been delivered, you will be refunded the value of the merchandise ($105.00). 6. NBA Basketball School Australia will replace participant pack items that are faulty or damaged at no fault of the participant. Participants are required to send faulty/damaged items to the address below and/or submit photo evidence to enquiries@nbabasketballschool.com.au. NBA Basketball School Australia will not be responsible for any misspelling, incorrect singlet size, or incorrect postal address details submitted by the participant. 8. In exceptional circumstances NBA Basketball School Australia may choose, in its sole discretion, to conduct conciliation with you to resolve a refund or cancellation of a registration request. 9. Other than the refund obligations referred to in the above paragraphs, NBA Basketball School Australia is not liable to you for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of the Program being cancelled, postponed or changed. 10. NBA Basketball School Australia will not replace your participant pack if lost, stolen or damaged. 11. NBA Basketball School Australia may terminate your child’s involvement in the Program on reasonable grounds at any time, including if, in the reasonable opinion of NBA Basketball School Australia, your child’s behaviour interferes with other participant’s safety or enjoyment of the Program or is likely to do so. Where your child’s involvement in the Program is terminated under this clause, you will not be entitled to a refund.
