Join Miss Dani from Wild Flow Wellbeing for a morning of Family Nature Yoga, Mindfulness and Nature Discovery and Crafts

Our session will start with a welcome circle and fun group yoga and mindfulness session discovering nature, our bodies, breath and ways we can support our nervous systems, mental health and lives (suitable for all ages and levels of fitness)

*Suitable for Kids 3-10 years

*Bubs in arms and younger siblings welcome

*Parents & Caregivers are required to stay for the entire session and are encouraged to join in, enjoy the rest and learn some valuable tools to take home and use in your everyday lives
