Term 4 Workshop: EEA & Simon Breakspear
Description
Later this year, we're bringing together Victorian low-SES school communities and our School Improvement Coaches with Dr Simon Breakspear to focus on improvement priorities for 2027. Simon will join for part of the day to share his Pruning Principle Cycle — a practical approach to being deliberate about where you focus your effort for the greatest impact. An optional afternoon session will then give schools the chance to work directly with our Improvement Coaches to apply these concepts to their own 2027 improvement planning.
It's a great opportunity to think strategically and systemically about equity in your context, and to celebrate the great work happening across our communities.
