Self Soma Soil - 4 Week Nature Embodied Series

Connect with yourself, your Soma (body) and soil in a 4 week embodiment exploration of remembering your wholeness. Remembering that you aren’t broken or incomplete for feeling disconnected from your body or feeling states. Remembering that everything you desire, is already within you, in the center of your body.

Through invitation, we will soften into the warmth of our bodies within the body of the earth.

Exposed to the nakedness of the elements, gaining inspiration from nature, we will connect with our own innate inner nature. Creating a bottom up, felt experience of feeling states we spend so long trying to change or fix ourselves to accomplish.

You will be invited through ways of being, seeing, feeling, experiencing the 4 elements, and practices for knowing yourself as the 4 elements. Infusing ingredients of Terra Soma Yoga, somatics, embodiment, meditation, free movement and ecopsychology.

* Earth - Prithvi Tattva.

Location: Otanewainuku Forest.

Dark Feminine: Primal. Grounded. Knowing. Trust. Safe. Stability. Strength. Support.

* Water - Apas Tattva.

Location: Raparapahoe Falls

Light Feminine: Open. Receiving. Surrender. Flow. Ease. Fluid. Forgiving.

* Wind- Vuyu Tattva.

Location: Papamoa Hills.

Light Masculine: Directive. Focused. Certain. Giving. Individuality. Penetrative.

* Fire- Agni Tattva.

Location: Nook Studios.

Dark Masculine: Sexual. Sensual. Passion. Fierce. Alive. Desire. Pleasure. Fearless.

* The ticket includes all 4 weeks.

* The intention is to create a sacred community of safety and belonging, therefore no drop in sessions are available. This also means there will be communication outside of the sessions each week for support and integration.

* Please note each week will be held at a new location within the Mount Maunganui area. Carpooling will be available upon group communication channel being created.

* There is a pay scale for you to pay what you can afford / are able to offer. An invitation to gift from the heart here with what feels expansive for you in your body.
