Enjoy Member Elevated Pitches, lucky door prizes and plenty of Christmas cheer, all while we complete the formalities of our Annual General Meeting.

Notice of Annual General Meeting AGM 2025

Pursuant to the Constitution of Territory Proud Incorporated , Clause 45(1), notice is hereby given to all members that the 2025 AGM will be held at 74 Mitchell St, Darwin City NT 0800 on 26th November 2025, commencing 5.30pm.

1. Confirmation 2024 AGM minutes

2. Consideration of the accounts and reports of the committee

   1. Chairpersons Report

   2. Consideration of Audited 2024/2025 Financial Statements

3. Election of new committee members

4. General Business

If you are interested in becoming a Territory Proud committee member, please email secretary@territoryproud.com.au to receive a nomination form.

All nominations for committee positions must be sent to secretary@territoryproud.com.au no less that 10 days prior to the date of the AGM.

Online attendance and Proxy voting will be acceptable. 

Relevant documents for the meeting will be available from 5th November. A separate communication will be sent with further details.

Please remember voting is restricted to financial members only although non members are still welcome to attend the event. In addition, a member is not eligible to vote until 10 working days after their application for membership has been accepted. 

The Management Committee encourage all members to attend and actively participate in the running of the Association. We look forward to seeing you at this years AGM and Christmas Party.
