Our Special General Meeting (SGM) will take place on:

At this meeting, you’ll have the chance to vote on a number of proposed updates to the Territory Proud Constitution.
These changes aren’t about shifting who we are, they’re about sharpening our focus and giving us the right structure to grow. As our membership continues to expand, it’s important that we have a Constitution that supports fairer representation, modern communication and more flexible decision-making.
The proposed updates are designed to make the association easier to manage and better equipped to serve both new and long-standing members.
We’re simply giving ourselves the tools to work smarter, govern better and keep supporting NT businesses in meaningful ways.

If you’re unable to attend in person, you can attend online or you can submit a proxy vote. For online attendance please obtain an 'Online' ticket and you will be emailed a meeting link the day prior to the meeting.
Please email your completed form to secretary@territoryproud.com.au by 5:30 PM on Tuesday, 14 October 2025 to ensure it’s valid.
