TESEP Professional Development Workshops - Crusoe College

Crusoe College is hosting TESEP Professional Development Workshops on Monday 15 December 2025 from 9.00am to 11.30am on the TESEP rock and critical minerals kits with integrated resources, Energy and the Energy Transition and Critical Minerals. All PDs include hand-on exercises. PDs suitable for Stages 4-6.

Rock and Critical Minerals Kits

Introduction to the Rock and Critical Minerals Kits and the plate tectonics poster and integrated teaching (rock, mineral and big picture plate tectonics stories).

Energy & the Energy Transition

Energy has a transformational impact on the quality of human life. It impacts every facet of what we do and how we live making energy one of the most important issues of our time. We require nothing short of a complete transformation of how we produce, transport and consume energy. However, energy, the environment and the economy are intimately linked and the four pillars of energy security (i.e., affordability, availability, reliability and sustainability) must be maintained. Relevant to Years 9 to 12.

Cost:

attendee from Host School – $50.

attendee from another School / Institution – $70 plus GST and booking fees.

There are two payment methods:

Preferred payment by credit card on registration.

Other payment options via invoice by direct deposit (bank transfer), or via invoice by credit card (please contact us at eo@tesep.org.au if you would prefer the latter – note it carries a handling fee).
