Description

Healthy Play is offering a free, simple and non-invasive hearing screening conducted by a qualified Gympie Hearing clinician.

The screening may identify signs that further assessment is needed, but it does not provide a diagnosis.

The event will run in time slots and a short wait will be required within that hourly spot.

Please choose your time slot and specify your preferences for screening for your child.

Hearing screens will require more time so fewer will be offered during the clinic.

Gympie Community Place is your local community and neighbourhood centre — a welcoming, safe, and inclusive space where everyone belongs. We connect people with local services and support, help reduce social isolation, and run regular social activities and community events throughout the year.

Our services include information and referral support, community legal advice, financial hardship assistance, free tax help (July–October), advocacy support through our Community Connect program, and our Healthy Play program for parents of young children. Most of our services are free.
