Testing Change Masterclass

Keeping up requires improvement. Keeping up with expectations, regulations, best practice, competitors… improvement is change, and change is constant.

Organisations who can modify their processes intentionally, efficiently and effectively will see the benefits in their outcomes and be able to grow, while those who can’t, will stagnate, coming up against the same problems time and time again and pouring their resources into endless band-aid-solutions.

I’ve been teaching and using PDSA to help organisations test and trial solutions for 15 years. From refining and implementing an acute health care recognition and response system, allowing for the early detection of clinical deterioration; to trialling a new referral process resulting in easier usability and increased number of referrals.
