    Event description

Ever wanted to learn about diplomacy from a Foreign Minister? How about from the person who helped secure Australia a Security Council Seat?

Talking Foreign Affairs with Adil Cader in collaboration with The Young Diplomats Society, invites you to a virtual round-table with Bob Carr, former Australian Foreign Affairs Minister. As Foreign Affairs Minister, Bob Carr was responsible for monumental developments in Australia’s place in the World. Including stronger relations between Australia and Southeast Asia and campaigning passage of a global Arms Trade Treaty.

Having negotiated with some of the biggest names in global affairs, Bob Carr will be joining us for an hour to share his reflections and answer questions on diplomacy, leadership and negotiation. This is your chance to directly ask any question you want, to one of Australia’s most consequential diplomats.

Make sure to submit your question below! You will get the chance to directly ask a question to him virtually during the call.

Event moderated by Molly Fleming and Adil Cader.

The Zoom link will be sent out once ticket registrations close a day before the event.
