Join VNT and The Blue Derby Foundation to delve into the THA's Great Customer Experience (GCE) Program at Lot 40.  This fabulous program is designed for operators with opportunities and guidance that result in an elevated customer experiences in your beautiful region.  You'll enjoy drinks and nibbles and Visit Northern Tasmania's CEO Tracey Mallett will also provide an tourism update. 

The Great Customer Experience Program Community workshops are focused on businesses in a town or community working together to optimise the experience guests (and locals!) have when they visit. It is an interactive session in which we explore ways operators can work together and support each other and enhance the brand of their town/area. We will look at practical actions that can follow the session to grow connection between businesses and improve communication. We will also look at the GCE Program engaging with your individual businesses to improve staff execution of your brand and experience.
