Thank God, It's Techno
Event description
Friday Night.
4 DJs.
Come to dance…
and… Thank God It’s Techno 💣
After three big events, we’re heading back to the beloved Wunderbar for a more intimate journey through the technoverse —» with some very special names on the decks.
As the scene keeps growing across Aotearoa, we can feel the currents shifting —» the energy, the people, the sound —» all building, gaining power. We’re here to channel it, one event at a time. 🙌
🎧Who is playing?:
🌑 Vic Lo — returning to the decks, crafting an organic, progressive techno journey made specially for the Temple.
🌑 Octave Parango — a Temple resident delivering his raw, driving energy; with sets that hit hard no matter the hour, giving you a chance to see him play before he takes a short break from the Temple line-up.
🌑 Prince Kaspian — throwing shapes on the floor in the underground techno scene in Auckland since 2023, debuting at the Temple and serving up a Detroit-inspired hardgroove set.
🌑 Andialou — returning after his explosive debut at The Groovatory, bringing back that signature groovy techno, get ready for a lot of dancing!
At the Temple of Techno, we believe in the transcendent nature of the communal dancing experience and we want to share that with you. Our goal is to provide a dedicated platform for techno DJs while also creating a safe and welcoming space for devotees to experience the raw power of repetitive beats and deep bass.

INTENTIONAL CULTURE: Take care of yourself and each other. If you see someone that needs help or doesn’t look okay, reach out. We want to create a space where everyone feels safe and respected. Be aware of the people around you and think about how you might feel if you were them. Sometimes people don’t want to hug you, don’t want pictures taken of themselves, or don’t want you all up in their personal space.
If someone says “no” it means "no". If it's not a "Fuck yes!" it's not a "yes".
