Please join the Friends of Ethel Turner at ‘Woodlands’ Killara as we celebrate September 1894 when Ethel received her first copy of Seven Little Australians.
'Woodlands' a heritage-listed property was once home to Ethel Turner and where she penned this classic story.
We'll be celebrating Ethel Turner's remarkable life and her groundbreaking children's novel, Seven Little Australians.
A family day with speakers, music, tours, games and activities.

The admission fee includes performances, talks, games and activities, and entry to the museum rooms of the house. View the Drawing Room, a time portal to Ethel's world; and the Ladies Lounge as we celebrate this remarkable author and 1880s Victorian-Georgian architecture with a federation overlay. Please note: The house is not open during tour times.
