The 2026 State of Workplace Burnout Report Launch - Sydney (in person)
Description
If we're doing 'higher-level' work, doing it faster and more efficiently, why are so many people still experiencing burnout?
Join us in person for the launch of the 2026 State of Workplace Burnout report and a conversation about what the findings mean for our workplaces and for society more broadly.
We’ll share new insights on the causes of burnout, what's driving wellbeing, and discuss the relationship between mental health and the workplace. We'll then hear from a panel of experts to respond to the research, reflect on what is changing, and discuss what organisations, leaders and policymakers need to do next.
This is not another conversation about helping people cope better. It is about the systems, leadership choices and conditions of work that determine who gets to thrive and who gets left behind.
Just as importantly, this is a chance to be in the room together. To meet others grappling with the same questions, exchange ideas, challenge assumptions and build the connections needed to turn evidence into action.
If you lead people, shape workplaces, influence policy, or simply believe work can be better, we’d love you to join us.
The future of work is being designed now. The question is: who will it work for?
