Luke Faccini is the founder and Chief Brand Storyteller of a branding agency called Sponge, that specialises in helping the next generation of business owners rebrand with purpose. He was born and raised in Sydney, and now lives in Brisbane.

Since starting his professional brand design journey in 1999, he has helped thousands of people put their brands on the map. He foolheartedly started Sponge right out of college and has learned what it takes to grow a business.

While beginning as a trained graphic designer, the entrepreneurial leap took him on a path of transformation. He experienced firsthand the impact that purpose and values have in business, and the connection to brand story.

Having had a purpose moment that transformed his outlook on business, Luke evolved Sponge massively! This led to Sponge being B Corp certified in Jan 2017. Luke is a firm believer that business can and should be a force for good. His purpose is to “Help all brands be good for the world.” By all means necessary! Including a book, online programs, and by helping to grow the GoodNorth good business community.

Sponge is a full service branding agency with a digital tilt, founded in 2001. Headquartered in Brisbane, they have a small but mighty remote team of 9, serving clients across the globe, from Tasmania to Estonia. Luke and his team specialise in helping next generation business owners rebrand with purpose, focusing on positive social and environmental impact, as well as a healthy profit.
