    Event description

“Leaders who are great coaches not only recognize when to coach in the moment, but also turn everyday situations into the opportunity to shift a mindset, leaving a lasting impact.”

At this Morning Tea with Mark, guest speaker Jerry Connor joins us to share his insights into leading with a coaching mindset and recognising coaching opportunities, in the moment.

Jerry is the author of The 4 Greatest Coaching Conversations which was rated by Forbes as one of the books that will most improve your performance in 2020 and formed the basis of his 2019 HBR article.   The book was based on insights from over 100,000 coaching conversations, and we can’t wait to explore how his research led to a practical framework to guide coaching conversations.
