Have you ever felt there’s more to life, but you’re not quite sure where to start looking?

The 7 Colours of You is a two-part workshop series designed for those beginning to ask the bigger questions about themselves, their energy and the way they experience life.

Using the seven main energy centres of the body as our guide, we’ll explore how different areas can connect with our emotions, behaviours, beliefs and everyday experiences.

Rather than focusing only on the spiritual, we’ll bring these ideas back into real life. How safe and grounded do you feel? What might you be holding onto? Are you able to move with your emotions rather than becoming stuck in them? Where might you be giving away your own power?

Part 1 begins at the foundation, exploring the first three colours: Red, Orange and Yellow.

What we’ll explore

Red – The Foundation of You
Feeling safe and grounded.

We’ll explore grounding, stability and security, including what it can feel like when we become caught in survival mode or a constant state of fight or flight. We’ll look at ways of coming back into the present moment and creating a stronger sense of calm, trust and connection with yourself.

Orange – The Flow of You
Understanding your feelings and finding your flow again.

Orange takes us into emotion, creativity and the things we may be carrying with us. We’ll explore the idea that personal and spiritual growth isn’t always about feeling positive. Sometimes moving forward means recognising fears, old hurts or limiting beliefs and becoming willing to let some of that heaviness go.

Yellow – The Power of You
Finding your confidence and standing in your own power.

We’ll explore self-esteem, boundaries, willpower and trusting your gut, along with the ways our thoughts and emotions can influence how we feel. We’ll also look at practical ways of shifting from heavier emotional states towards greater awareness, confidence and balance.

More than just listening

This is an interactive workshop, with opportunities for personal reflection, group discussion and practical activities along the way.

You might explore your own “wake-up call”, practise simple grounding techniques, take part in a letting-go exercise and discover ways to consciously shift your mood and energy.

There is always freedom to participate at your own level. The workshop is designed as a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space, and you can always choose to pass if you don’t feel comfortable sharing something with the group.

Who is this workshop for?

The 7 Colours of You is designed for beginners and anyone curious about personal development, energy, spirituality and understanding themselves on a deeper level.

You don’t need previous experience or knowledge of chakras, energy work or spirituality.

Come with an open mind, a little curiosity and a willingness to explore.
