The 7th Annual SmartFone Flick Fest - SF3

The SmartFone Flick Fest is Australia's international smartphone film festival,  helping to make filmmaking affordable and accessible to all, and it's back for its 7th year! Come and experience one of Australia's most innovative and exciting film festivals, with Ambassadors including Phillip Noyce, Kriv Stenders, Stan Grant, Kerry Armstrong, Jon Bell, Pieter de Vries, Anthony Kierann, Christopher Stollery and Nicole da Silva. Each year SF3's esteemed judging panel award over $50,000 in prizes from SF3's partners so come along and experience the magic of the best smartphone films from across the globe up on the big screen. There's nothing quite like it.

8pm Saturday 26th February, 2022, Palace Chauvel Cinema, Paddington, Sydney and red-carpet event from 7pm for all ticket holders.

A celebration of the best in smartphone cinema from across the world, featuring our SF3 Official Selection films which are all competing for over $50,000 in prizes and the chance to be crowned SF3 2021 Best Film. In a night presented by the Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS), your ticket includes a pre-show red-carpet networking and VIP event and the chance to rub shoulders with the stars of the smartphone film world. 

SF3 Kids and Teens Official Selection and Awards Ceremony 

11am Sunday 27th February, 2022, The Actors Centre Australia, Leichhardt, Sydney.

A showcase of thebest smartphone films made by filmmakers 16 years and younger from around the world. The screening will be divided up into two halves with an interval. The first half we will screen our high school films, then have a 15 minute interval and continue on with our primary school films followed straight away by our Awards Ceremony for all SF3 Kids films. More info will be emailed closer to the event.
